Intagio knows a lot about trade. We lead the market in facilitating the sale and purchase of media with a trade component.

We also come across a lot of clients who previously have been involved with bad trades, i.e. trades done directly between companies that were not well documented and/or trades done through an intermediary that promised the world but delivered very little.

Developing and managing a successful trading program is very simple if you find an intermediary who knows how to work with you. That’s what we do.

The following tenets guide how we work with you. Intagio believes that you should only:

• Buy media with a trade component that you would be willing to buy for cash
• Trade your services in exchange for a committed media plan from specific media providers, not
  for the promise of future media availabilities
• Fund purchases with your inventory when you have contractual assurances that your inventory
  will be handled in a way that protects your cash business and reputation
